Use of Your Data When Using The Smint.io Portals for Google Drive Connector

According to the terms of the Google API Services Data Policy, in this section we describe the way our application accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data. Please note that this section only applies if you are using the “Smint.io Portals for Google Drive” connector.

The “Smint.io Portals for Google Drive” connector enables you to publish content directly from your Google Drive to a Smint.io Portals content portal. First you need to authorize the Smint.io Portals for Google Drive application to access your Google Drive data. You then have to select one of your Google Drives, and one or more folders within that Google Drive for synchronization to Smint.io Portals. After this setup, only the files, file metadata and labels stored in those selected folders, are being synchronized to Smint.io. Changes to those files, file metadata and labels will be synchronized to Smint.io as well.

Once you attach that connector to one or more of your content portals, the files synchronized will be available to your content portal users for search, view, download or sharing depending on the portal security settings you set up for your Smint.io Portals content portal.
