We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Professional for Smint.io Portals, a leading B2B SaaS content activation platform. Our platform is trusted by global brands in Sports, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Tech, Fashion, Design, and Consumer Goods, and we need your expertise to help our customers achieve success!
As our Customer Success Professional, you will be the driving force behind our customers’ success. You’ll provide exceptional customer support, guide customers through the onboarding process, and assist with technical set-up to ensure they get the most out of our platform. You’ll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot any technical issues, and optimize their usage to achieve their desired outcomes.

- Be the hero our customers need by providing outstanding customer support via email, online meetings, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the platform setup, user training, and integration with their existing systems to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for customers
- Share your product expertise through engaging product training sessions and best practices to empower customers to effectively utilize our platform and achieve their goals
- Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage and adoption of Smint.io Portals, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize customer success
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with our technical team to resolve them in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to customers’ operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing strategic guidance on how to best leverage our platform for success
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing relevant solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to effectively advise customers on best practices and optimize their use of our platform
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be a plus
- Excellent language skills in spoken and written English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role in the SaaS industry
- Strong technical aptitude and tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications and integrations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with customers at all levels
- Solid project management skills
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and driving customer success in a B2B SaaS environment or similar experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content management, or related fields is a plus

- Competitive compensation.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 31,122 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a market conform salary in line with qualifications and experience, including performance-based bonuses.
